Just as no two brains are alike, no two brain injuries are alike.  Each person  living with a brain injury is affected in a different way.  A few examples are:

   Health and Physical Problems

  Cognitively - Thinking Problems

  Emotional and Behavior Problems

  Social Problems

Some people are living with a brain injury and don't even know it.  In addition to TBI survivors, HIANN supports indviduals with other acquired brain injuries such as strokes and tumors.
