HIANN and the Nevada Department of Transportation partner to provide elmentary school children with free bicycle helmets and other saftey items. HIANN fits about 1,500 children and adults with free bike helmets every year.

Washoe Indian Tribe Bike Safety Day

HIANN has again volunteered to spend a morning at the Washoe Indian Tribe schools in Carson City and Gardnerville fitting children from their Head Start Program with bicycle safety helmets and other bike safety equipment.
