Children’s Nevada Discovery Museum - Reno Bike Safety Day
HIANN has scheduled a bike safety day at the Children’s Museum in Reno where HIANN Members will provide bicycle helmets and bike safety materials for the Museum’s patrons. Volunteers will spend the afternoon fitting helmets on children and adults. This is one of our most worthwhile projects by providing equipment that will help protect children and adults from the possibilities of a traumatic brain injury. All of the equipment that our HIANN volunteers will be giving away is provided by the Nevada Department of Transportation.
And after the event, all HIANN volunteers will be provided dinner at a local downtown Reno eatery!!!!!
Would you like to help us for this volunteer project? If so, please contact Jeff McDaniel at jeff@mcdaniel.net or call/text (209) 482-8562. We need approximately 5 - 6 volunteers.
When:June 26, Wednesday from 2:30 PM to approximately 5:30 PM, followed by dinner
Location: Nevada Discovery Museum, 490 S Center St, Reno, NV 89501-2105
